SYSTEM MANAGER - PART
1
System Manager controls the security and
document running number. User can control up to the form level,
with each form's Add, Edit, Delete abd Print rights for every
user under the same role settings. You can easily add new forms
and security support with just simple inheritance from the
plug-in Parent, all security controls will be inherited and
ready to be overridden.
System Manager not only convenient and powerful to end user,
developer will be able to "force" themselves into OOP and RAD
design that bring extreme fast coding performance! Many old day
VB programmers
will learn OOP naturally when "force" to plug-in the
architecture, should be able to adapt within 1 week or
2.

Login Dialog - Click
on the "Login Sample" link to see the sample
data.
Note that System Manager allow multple
companies' account, all stored in
separate database file.

When ask for Company Name, leave as default,
remember to check the "Create Sample Data" or
you won't be able to see any thing.
You will notice the database name = company
name +"DB"...

Settings : Everything regarding
security.
Account
Settings : Create chart of
account.
Document
Code : Reset document no.

Security Settings
- Administrator can setup as many user
accounts as you wish, all accounts will be
group under role settings, each user account
must
be assign to one role
setting.

Security Role Settings, right click on the
blank space of the right panel to add all
forms.
In the form settings, you can choose which
form allow to access,
add, edit, delete and print.
Each plug-in form will inherits such
security feature, very flexible and yet
powerful.
